East Valley Primary Care Physicians proudly honors the memory of Dr. Nabil N. Khouri, one of the founding physicians of our practice.
Dr. Khouri dedicated his career to providing compassionate, patient-centered medical care to the East Valley community. Through his commitment to excellence, integrity, and service, he helped establish the foundation upon which East Valley Primary Care Physicians continues to serve patients today.
Although Dr. Khouri passed away in 2012, his influence remains an important part of our practice's history and values. We are grateful for his leadership, dedication, and the lasting impact he made on countless patients, families, and colleagues throughout his career.

Dr. Nabil Khouri, 58 of Tempe, passed away on November 14, 2012. He received his medical degree from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon in 1980 and completed his residency in Family Practice at St. Paul Ramsey Medical Center (now Regions Hospital) in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1983 and a Fellowship in Family Medicine at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center in Tucson in 1984. Dr. Khouri is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Khouri was in private practice in Tucson until 1996 after which he relocated to Phoenix and was one of the original members of the present group of East Valley Primary Care Physicians, PLC in 1998 and retired in 2011.
